COMMERCIAL POLICY

Order Payment

All order payments will be processed by PayPal and its payment platform called PayPal Pro. When clients place orders online, credit card details are forwarded to a protected online payment system provided by PayPal which accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. FLORENCE ART GALLERY clients are guaranteed maximum credit card security and Customer Care agents at FLORENCE ART GALLERY will not have access to nor ask for credit card numbers and/or expiration dates.

Shipment Date

Order shipments are dispatched from Monday – Friday from 8:30 - 4:30pm (CET) with Federal Express (EU) or GLS (Italy). Orders are sent the first business day after order placement, once merchandise is confirmed and payments are verified. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Deliveries are made within 1-2 business days.

FLORENCE ART GALLERY  shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond control.Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping. 

Shipment Cost

Shipments in Italy with GLS:

Euro 10.00 (from 1 -3 items).

Euro 20.00 (greater than 3 items).

Shipments within the EU with FEDEX:

Euro 20.00 (from 1 -3 items).

Euro 30.00 (greater than 3 items).

Shipment Extra UE

All the shipments are made with our favorite forwarder (FedEx), the prices include: shipping costs, duty costs and other taxes the client doesn’t have to pay any other additional costs (Duty Delivery Paid) 

Shipment Delivery

When the order is shipped, clients receive an Email from FLORENCE ART GALLERY specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. We remind clients to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery. If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact Customer Care customercare@florenceartgallery.com 

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, etc.) as per the FLORENCE ART GALLERY I commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the client's expense. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement. 

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned within 10 business days for a refund. Returns are processed for a refund of the value of the returned merchandise only. Return shipment is free. 

Returns and Refunds Extra UE

In case of restitution, first of all please get in contact with our customer service (customercare@florenceartgallery.com), we are going to refund the amount deducting the shipping and duty costs.

Return Terms and Conditions

FLORENCE ART GALLERY reserves the right to accept returns that adhere to the following terms and conditions only:

Return requests must be sent by email to customercare@florenceartgallery.com as indicated above.

All original tags must be intact including the FLORENCE ART GALLERY Product Authenticity Tag Security Seal and product care tags.

Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way.

Item(s) must be in the same condition as sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.

Returns must be packaged in the FLORENCE ART GALLERY box or in any box deemed adequate to protect the items during shipment.

Returns must arrive within 10 days of receiving the RAN (Return Authorization Number Email confirmation from Customer Care.

Merchandise must be returned from the same country as the original shipment.

 FLORENCE ART GALLERY reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or any return that does not meet these terms and conditions. Refused returns will be returned to the sender at the client's expense. 

Refunds

The refund amount corresponds to the value of the merchandise. Please allow up to three business days for product inspection and refund request. Clients receive a confirmation email the day the return is processed and the refund is requested

Commercial Policy


Final Client

FLORENCE ART GALLERY has created and published the website www.florenceartgallery.com with the mission to offer a service exclusively for its own clients. The products on sale on the website www.falierosarti.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Customer”, FLORENCE ART GALLERY intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the re-sale of merchandise purchased at www.florenceartgallery.com. Therefore, FLORENCE ART GALLERY invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with www.florenceartgallery.com nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale. In regard to the commercial policy described above, FLORENCE ART GALLERY reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies. 

Client Requirements

To place orders on www.florenceartgallery.com clients must:

Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”;

Be 18 years or older;

Be eligible and competent to enter legally binding contracts;

Have a valid POP e-mail address;

Have a valid Credit Card: Visa, American Express, MasterCard or PayPal account.

Products

All products on www.florenceartgallery.com are authentic and original articles that are distributed by FLORENCE ART GALLERY only after rigorous quality control standards are met. In the case where the fabrics require special care or have visible unfinished edges, the item will be accompanied by a product card that will describe that the apparent look of the product is intentional and its subsequent requirements for its care and conservation.FLORENCE ART GALLERY declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the website could appear to be slightly different from the original. Images on www.florenceartgallery.com belong to FLORENCE ART GALLERY and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of FLORENCE ART GALLERY is forbidden.

Product Availability

 FLORENCE ART GALLERY reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the payment transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with FLORENCE ART GALLERY . Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the client’s request.
